Generally orders of in-stock items are shipped within one business day of having received cleared payment. All items are shipped with Australia Post, with the exclusion of particularly bulky orders.

- United States: 4-10 business days
- UK & Europe: 4-12 business days

Please note that delays of up to 28 days can and do occur. If you still have not received your package within 28 days of making payment, please contact us and we will chase it for you.
