We are often asked if we allow for customers to come to our warehouse in Melbourne and collect their order, and unfortunately the answer is no – all orders processed by Mr Cycling World are for delivery only.
There are numerous reasons for this, but at the end of the day our insurance policy and agreement with local Council does not allow customers to come to our premises. On top of this there are OH&S issues to address if we were to allow customers to visit.
Customers can rest-assured we are not a back street fly-by-night operation. Don’t be put off by our highly valued business model – the future is here, and it’s great to be a part of it.
